The customer starts with the date and the guest count, and the catalog shows item by item how many pieces are still free that day: the rule is that a piece cannot be at two events on the same day. One click builds a full setup (tables, chairs, linens, china, glassware, lounge furniture, coolers, dance floors and lighting) scaled to the guest count, and on submit the customer gets the quote by email with a PDF attached. The date is held with a deposit within the next 24 hours. On the business side there is a panel with money outstanding, alerts for holds about to expire and overdue balances, per-quote editing, payment logging with automatic emails to the customer, a calendar showing how committed the inventory is each day, a printable loading sheet, and stock control.
